Resolved! Disable INFO messages in Controller server.log file

I'm looking to turn off the INFO messages in the server.log file for my on-prem controller. Finding the file that will allow me to set the different levels of logging would be very much appreciated.

All, I know how to create a thread dump action, but how do I actually invoke or execute the action? I would like to just push a button that says "Invoke this action now." I can't find this anywhere. thanks
