I'm looking to turn off the INFO messages in the server.log file for my on-prem controller. Finding the file that will allow me to set the different levels of logging would be very much appreciated.

Is there a way to set a default Role for LDAP users?We want everyone in LDAP to have have the basic "Applications & Dashboards Viewer" role without needing to go to every single user.

That works, I did a search for log4j.xml and found the file. Thank you.

AppDynamics support did come back with a solution. I missed the following line in the response file: platformAdmin.databasePassword=<your password> Once I added that with the correct password the upgrade worked without fail.
