I'd like you to know that I'm looking for feedback also on community and by the community while I can currently have communication with AppD account.
I'd really like to see how the community shares it's experience and comprehension of common knowledge like Service Now integration should be

Hello Yann,
You can use it for event management part. No need for other modules
It will create alarms according to the thresholds you specify in the event definitions.
I don't have an answer for the 3rd question
