Resolution

  1. Navigate to the command prompt window
  2. Navigate to the <Tomcat Install dir>\bin folder
  3. To edit service, execute the following command . . .
    Tomcat6w.exe //ES//<service_name>
    Eg: Tomcat6w.exe //ES//Tomcat602
  4. A popup window will display with multiple tabs, including a "Java" tab.
    Navigate to "Java" and configure the Java Agent along with startup parameters.
