How should I install Machine Agent as a Service in AIX

How should I install Machine Agent as a Service in AIX

Hi,

I have installed a machine agent in AIX using a non-JRE bundle and its running fine. But the machine agent will stop running every time when the server is restarted; I am running it directly using a command.

I am unable to find any docs on how to install the same as a service in AIX.

Please help.

Regards,

Pallavi

You should be able to run the command in the /etc startup options. I think the document you're looking for at the bottom of the page here: https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Linux+Install+Using+the+RPM+Package#LinuxInstallUsingtheR...
