Why is the Custom Method Data field not visible inside the Transaction Analytics section of the controller UI?
This happens if the Custom Method Data field has not been initially published by the App Agent.
To check this, go to: Transaction Snapshot > Drill Down > Data Collector > User Data.
Note: Any custom method data that you define for collection will only appear in analytics after that data is collected and published to analytics by the agent.
