When using the 'Business Outcome' functionality in an on-premise Events Service deployment, the Overview tab is not visible and only the Event tab is seen:
This is by design, as the 'Overview' tab is hidden by default.
To see it on the event dialog, Go to controller admin page -> controller setting -> Look for 'analytics.business.outcomes.flowmap.enabled' -> set this flag to true -> Refresh controller UI.
Once this is enabled you can see the 'Overview' tab in the 'Business Outcomes' View.
