Hi,
We are trying to implement business transaction monitoring using AppDynamics for an application developed on Pega.
When we see the Business Transaction Snapshots in AppD tool, it captures all the URL either with PRServlet or PRSOAPServlet, but from that we are not able to distinguish the different business transactions.
Has anyone implemented this?
Is there any way to distinguish the different business transaction.

Is there any screenshots you can add to your post that may show more context? If you decide to add any, be sure to hide any potentially sensitive information.
Thanks,

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for the reply.
I have attached screenshot of the business transactions.
All our services are under /prweb/PRSOAPServlet.
For e.g. /prweb/PRSOAPServlet/Services/Northboud
/prweb/PRSOAPServlet/Services/OrderIntake
Can you please help me in extracting this information from business transactions.

Looks like it's working correctly, what you're seeing are the calls it is making. What exactly are you wanting? Are you wanting to configure the identification rules? Those can be found on he left-hand side of your application under Configuration > Instrumentation.
