Unable to fetch Disk IO details for Microsoft SQL DB

Hi Team,

 

We are using on-premise controller and our controller version is 20.8. Here we have configured AppDynamics DB agent to monitor database. With the help of Database Agent we have configured few Database collectors with the required permission. Database type is Microsoft SQL server.

Now I am facing issue like for few database collectors I am getting all the required details but for 2-3 collectors I am not getting Disk IO details.

 

I have tried below steps:

1) Enabling Disabling Database collectors.

2) Stop Start DB agent.

3) Tried fetching error details from logs but haven't found any specific details.

 

Can you please help me with this.
