Hello, For certain business transactions, we just see a '-' for all the response time metrics in the business transaction dashboard (min, max) as well as slow, very slow figures. Can you please suggest the reason for same, how can we ensure that all business transactions detected do have a response time figure?

Hello Dhaval,
If you see just "-" for the response time and other metrics, it means that the Business Transaction is not reporting any data for more than couple of hours.
