Connectivity between on-premise Controller and a cloud controller

Shubhi.Agarwal

Hi,

I want to establish connectivity between 2 controllers.

One controller is located in a cloud environment; another is an on-premise fully functional AppD setup.

We want the Controller installed in Cloud to communicate with the on-premise Controller (and then we can use on-premise AppD setup to see transactions, generate a report for the Cloud system data)

Please suggest.

Hello Shubhi,

You can connect multiple Controllers to a single on-premises Events Service deployment using the same procedure that is required to connect a single Controller. You would need to configure the Controller URLs for the Events Service to point to the shared Events Service, and make sure the Controller keys are correct. The Controllers can then handle syncing to the shared Events Service
