Hi
There are 2 items you need to check.
1. Ensure that the user under which the agent runs, has permissions to read, write and execute across the full agent directory
2. Are you installing the machine agent as is, or have you enabled the sim-enabled option in the controller-info.xml? If you enabled the property, ensure your access key is correct and there are available licenses for the agent.
