I have this in the logs for the K8s cluster agent.

Can you confirm the steps at https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Deploy+the+AppDynamics+Operator+on+Kubernetes were followed?

If pod securities are in place then follow "Cluster Agent Pods Are Not Created When Security Policy Is Enabled" at https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO21/Troubleshoot+the+Cluster+Agent

For cluster agent pod ensure the steps as listed at https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Deploy+the+Cluster+Agent+on+Kubernetes is followed.
