Error while retrieving the agent

I've signed up for the SaaS trial but when attempting to add a PHP application I get the error "Error while retrieving the agent".

 

I can't use the support portal as it says I do not have access. And there is nothing in the knowledge base on how to solve the error.

 

This is not a good first impression from a trial!

Same problem ! Impossible to download agent from appdynamics ! :-( Is Appdynamics still alive or has the company closed ?

P. S. Even the PHP requirements have a error 404... Maybe Appdynamics stopped their business ?
