Step 1 - Sign in to AppDynamics, click the drop-down on the top right corner, then click Profile . The Overview page will appear.
Step 2 - On the Overview page, scroll down to the Resources section to see what resources (for example, Professional Services, or Premium University Subscription) have been assigned and are available to you.

Overview
License Administrators have the ability to view and manage company subscriptions and license usage details. This article shows how a License Administrator can find that information.

Step 1 - Sign in to AppDynamics, click the drop-down on the top right corner, then click Subscriptions . The subscription page will show a list of the licenses associated with your License Administrator account.
How can I view a subscription's license details?
Step 3 - On the Subscriptions page, click the name of your target license (not the URL link).
Step 4 - Click the License details tab.
Step 5 - On the License details page, you can see the following details: Alert Box, License-ID, SaaS URL, Access Key, Controller Account, Username, and Expiry date.

How do I see my company and Customer Success information?

Hi Bridget,
We see that you are not associated with any license till now. That's the reason you do not have access to this SaaS status page. Primary contact of the license can add you in license contact list by following the steps mentioned in this article https://community.appdynamics.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Manage-Users-and-License-Contacts-for-an-AppDynamics-Account/ta-p/20957. Once you will get added in license contact list, you will be having access to the SaaS status page.

There is no need to delete your current account with AppDynamics. Can you please try to accept the invitation using an incognito window and make sure that you are using same email ID which you have used while signing up with AppDynamics.
