Hello Sagar. KL,

In order to improve the certification process, Cisco AppDynamics certification exams have been moved to the Cisco testing platform. This means that you can now find your AppDynamics and Cisco certifications all in one place. Follow these steps to view and access your certificates in your testing profile.
1. From https://cp.certmetrics.com/cisco/en/home/dashboard, select Certifications in the left side menu.
2. Select Cert Status & Download PDF to access your certifications.
