Applications not reporting after controller upgrade

We have updated the controller to latest version but when I logged onto the controller I don’t see any applications, with the same user id used to have admin previliges.

When I try to restart the controller its is failing with below error

ERROR: bash: get_mysql_passwd: unable to get MySQL root passwd. As appdyn user run "(cd HA;.;save_mysql_passwd $(pwd)/..)" interactively and try again.

can somebody help on this

Re: Applications not reporting after controller upgrade

Hi Sai,

1. Did the upgrade finish successfully? and also what is the version you upgraded to?

2. Is the controller in question running as a HA pair of controllers?

From the looks of the error would definitely have our controller support team review the health of the system, if you have not already done so please open a support ticket so someone can assist.
