Due to an Adobe Flash bug, your Safari browser will hang when you try to export a PDF of an On Demand Report. 

 

You can perform a workaround by disabling Safe Mode for your Adobe Flash Player plugin.

  1. Navigate to your Preferences on your Safari browser.
  2. Open the Security tab.
  3. Click Plugin Settings.
  4. While holding the option key on your keyboard, click the applicable AppDynamics website name.
  5. In the dialog box that opens, uncheck Run in Safe Mode.
  6. Restart your browser and try exporting again.
