Due to an Adobe Flash bug, your Safari browser will hang when you try to export a PDF of an On Demand Report.
You can perform a workaround by disabling Safe Mode for your Adobe Flash Player plugin.
- Navigate to your Preferences on your Safari browser.
- Open the Security tab.
- Click Plugin Settings.
- While holding the option key on your keyboard, click the applicable AppDynamics website name.
- In the dialog box that opens, uncheck Run in Safe Mode.
- Restart your browser and try exporting again.
