Hi,
Why isn't the controller not directly responding to the app agent? As you can see in the screenshot, its 1st app agent status is 0%.

The 0% in that column indicates that the controller has not had any data reported to it from the agent represented by that row of the table for the whole of the selected time period.
If you believe that agent was active during that time, you should check the agent logs to see if it is having trouble communicating with the controller.
