Hi Team,
Could you please help me with the below request?
There are two database servers currently being monitored in Appdyanmics. These two servers are of windows 2012 version. These two servers will be upgraded from windows 2012 to windows 2019. Now we need to install appdynamics components on the servers with new version(2019) like DB agent and configuration changes.
Please guide me on how to install the appdynamics components and configuration changes.
Thanks&Regards
Srinivas

Can you confirm for me the below point?
1) Do You want to install a new DB agent on that windows server ?? Or
2) We want to add a collector through that DB agent.

Hi Ranjit
Thanks for your response.
We need to install db agent on new server. However, we need to keep the already existing one.
Thanks&Regards

Hi @Rao.Srinivasa ,
If you have previously dB agent installed in your environment, then no need to install new dB agent.
Because one dB agent can monitor up to 200 database instance.
So you just add the new database details in AppDynamics collector .
