I'm trying to get up the php agent, but seems that there is some error in agent.log.
Reinstalling the agent to the latest version doesn't solve the problem.
Any help?

We would need complete logs to understand what exact issue you are facing.
Can you share the zip of <php-agent-installation-dir>/logs using the details I have send you through a personal message.

Hi Eric,
With the logs you have provided. I see -
[AD Thread Pool-ProxyControlReq0] 05 Jul 2018 10:54:51,436 INFO com.singularity.XMLConfigManager - XML Agent Account Info Resolver did not find account name. Using default account name [customer1] [AD Thread Pool-ProxyControlReq0] 05 Jul 2018 10:54:51,437 INFO com.singularity.XMLConfigManager - XML Agent Account Info Resolver did not find account access key.
Can you please check if you have passed right account name and access key? The configuration can be found appdynamics_agent.ini
file which gets plugged in PHP.

I've checked the file and compared with another file of a machine that works properly, and both are the same.
The only difference is that this has complementary configuration for php-fpm

Can you also confirm, if the agent doesn't even show connected in the controller dashboard at all? Or is it just that you don't see any load reporting?

both. Cannot see nothing on the controller dashboard and logs collects nothing neither

This is very critical. I've realized that abunch of machines hasn't this service running propertly.
Maybe it is license problem? How can i check if some machine is registered? on logs?
