Not getting data inside information point and data collectors

Hi,

We created an information point and data collector using a class with a spring bean entry point on a UAT environment and were able to fetch the required data. But now after some days, we are creating an information point & data collector for the same class in the PROD environment, and AppD is not capturing any data. We created another similar one on UAT, but strangely, no data is captured this time. The old one is still getting data in it. 

We have confirmed that we are using java 11 which does not need any server restart (only required for JVM 1.5 as mentioned in AppD documentation).

Can anyone suggest wat could be the cause of this or how can we troubleshoot it?
