Hello Community,
We are experiencing an issue where the email notification that is sent when you receive a Private Message from the community is not working. We are investigating this and will update this post when it has been fixed.
You can always visit the community and check your Private Messages manually by clicking the Private Message icon at the top of each Community Page.
In the meantime, AppD Community Managers will be communicating Private Messages via the email you are using with your Community profile.
