Node JS Agent download not working for 32 bits architecture inside Windows

Hi Team!      I can download Node JS agent using NPM inside Windows 64 and Linux, but this is not the case for Windows 32 bits Node JS, I'm getting 403 error.      Can you help me please? I tried it from more than one machine from multiple locations....
