Tiers/Nodes -> Memory -> Heap and Garbage Collection - Nothing Shows

I'm using the Saas On Prem controller and have everything showing from both the java agent and machine agent except the heap and garbage collection page under the memory tab is just blank.... Nothing loads. I've tried various settings, 2 different JV...
