PHP agent not sending reports

I've installed the agent and can see it in the «Tier & Nodes» view. But on the «Getting Started Wizard» page in «Connect the Agent to the AppDynamics Controller» still shown «Waiting for Connection...».   The troubleshooting page does not help. Test ...
