AppD Lite Account Not Accessible: Error Checking Security Provider

Hi,   I am not able to login to my AppD Lite account. It gives error "Error Checking Security provider" and my applications also is not able to send metrics to the AppD Lite account, failing with a not accessible error.   Why is this happening?
