Can I extract a list of containers, tiers and nodes?

Hi,   I would like to know if there is a way I can use AppDynamics API calls or any other way (Using Python Script etc.) to list the Containers, Tiers & Nodes?   If anyone knows about it, please let me know.   Thanks   Regards, Arun K
