any additional IIS setting are required for SaaS controller REST API ??

While running on localhost I am able to get the data from SaaS REST API. After hosting the application to IIS, the API is not not working. Getting below error :   The remote name could not be resolve "company.saas.appdynamics.com"   any idea please ?
