I am getting this error, can anyone help?

Please let us know how many servers are impacted by this? 
Do you have any app agents running on the same server? If yes, are they connecting fine?

Please run the below command on the affected server and share the results for analysis.

curl --user <CCONTROLLER-LOGIN-USERNAME>@<ACCOUNT-NAME>:<CCONTROLLER-LOGIN-PASSWORD> -v <CONTROLLER-URL>/controller/rest/serverstatus
