When we set up a transaction detection rule, it seems to only capture traffic for a short period of time then stop. A “short period of time” being defined as 5 minutes to 24 hours. The only way to get it to start working again is to delete the old rule and create a new one.
Why does this keep happing? How can we fix this?

What does your transaction detection configuration look like?
Where the class is, “Rio.Infrastructure.NoticingSmtpServer.Client”
Try changing the priority to 10 and see if that helps.
Thank you for the suggestion. We are trying that now. So far so good after 24hrs in. Will let you know.
I was really hoping this was the answer. However after 2 days, it stopped working again. Sigh.
