I've been able to make some changes to restore community engagement access to most members.

Unable to login using local login. It shows invalid credentials.

invalid credentials imply either user or password is wrong, Can you try using the correct log details.

I added a new user using the Administration Option. Actually the Username and the account name provided were same so it was a bit confusing
