Register a new account but keeps getting error

Hello Team,

My trial account is nearly expired and we have a demo request for AppD next week. I have emailed my account manager to extend the expiration date. But in case, I would like to register a new account for the demo. However, I keep getting the below error for new account registration.

"There was an error with your request. Refresh the page and try again."

Hi @SRE.DevNet,

Thanks for letting us know about this issue.

  • Did you try with another email address?
  • Did you try with a different browser?

Thanks,
Ryan, AppDynamics Community Manager

Thanks for the info.

Just to be clear, do you still want me to look into this or are you satisfied with the account you are now using?

Thanks,
Ryan, AppDynamics Community Manager
