I've been able to make some changes to restore community engagement access to most members.

Pro to Lite error

while upgrading from Pro to lite license , we are getting below error

 

Agent license request denied. Agent type: java-app-agent; Node: BRjvm1; Application: BR; Host: QKSAM1234; License Rule: Default; Reason: License limit hit for account

Lite licenses only cover 1 unit of APM. If you're downgrading from the free trial, which covers 5 units, then you should expect to see these errors. You can find more information about Lite here.
