Pro to Lite Conversion Issue Resolved

 

It was recently reported that some of our customers experienced problems when transitioning from AppDynamics Self-Service Pro Trial to the free product edition, AppDynamics Lite. Please be advised that we have fixed this issue. The self-service Controllers are now upgraded. The AppDynamics Lite licenses are working now as expected.

 

All those who previously were not able to use the AppDynamics Lite edition after the 15-days Pro Trial expired will now be able to use Lite. No action required from your side to enable using the Lite license. The expired accounts are automatically turned to Lite.

 

Feel free to report if you still encounter any problem using AppDynamics Lite.
