Appdynamics trial account setup didn't work

Hi Team,

 

We are facing an issue to create 15 days free trial account. When we filled required the details and clicked Get started button. we are getting the below windows, Why am getting this error, what we missed, Can you please help me to solve this ?

@Durai.Pant thanks for raising the question!

 

The second screenshot shows your Account Management Portal. I've confirmed that your trial account has indeed been set up.


From here, per Getting Started documentation, you'll be able to securely

  • Manage the company account and personal profile separately.
  • See a company overview of account details, subscription information, open support tickets, and active resource projects. 
  • Launch available AppDynamics Controllers.
  • Add, edit, and delete users, as well as administer user groups, subscriptions, and roles.
  • Download agents, platforms, and product updates. 

 

Of course, you'll need to complete your setup to create or have access to many of those things. Look out for a Welcome email sent to the email address you used to set up the account to continue configuration. It will guide you to next steps.

Thanks for your response.

 

We received welcome email from AppDynamics,

When I clicked Get started can see the below windows.

After I clicked Access Free trial,
 
 
 
 Showing us Account name and phone number. We can't able to see Controller information like account URL, license key.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

How to get Controller details ?

Do you work with or trying to use AppD under the same account as @Durai.Pant or are you just experiencing a similar issue? I want to make sure you're both taken care of.
