AppDynamics Lite Can't Be Reached

Hi,
I experience an issue regarding AppDynamics Lite in that I can no longer access the controller for this past week (https://[Redacted].saas.appdynamics.com ). I keep getting "This site can't be reached" response. What is happening? Is there any way to make it accessible again?

For further information, my SaaS trial was activated back on early January this year, and I can access it fine. When the 15-day pro trial ended, it has successfully transitioned into AppDynamics Lite, which to my understanding, based on the information written here https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45X/Lite+and+Pro+Editions and here https://www.appdynamics.com/pricing/lite, has no time limit.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi @Ilham.Ramadhan,

This is what I got back from the team.

It appears your account was disabled due to no license usage activity for last 90 days and you should have been informed of this via email. To get access to your account, you'll need to email  selfservice@appdynamics.com

Thanks,

Hi @Ryan.Paredez ,

About that notification email, I did not find them even after rechecking my inbox.
However, really appreciate both the explanation and the suggestion, I'll email the team right away.

Thanks
