There is no "controller" folder.
It seems the installation failed in the early stage.
You can find the other log file you mentioned as attachment.
And because the installer I used is "platform-setup-x64-windows-4.4.0.4731.exe", I can't provide the output using non-Windows commands.

Can you search for server.log under your install folder (i think C:\AppDynamics) in this case....

I can see a login page via "http://localhost:9191".
And there is no "server.log" in the search result.
Maybe I'll get a standalone PC and try to install on it.
In the meantime, please let me know if there is any suggestion about what I should try or take a look.
