SIM/Machine Agent not capturing Network metrics


 SIM/Machine Agent is not capturing Network metrics, and we are seeing no metrics in the Network tab





First we need to check whether the customer is using any third party interface multiplexors, or any NIC card configuration.

If this is the case,  SIM does not handle the third part interfaces or NIC card configuration currently and due to that we are seeing the blank page in Network tab.


If still Network metrics need to monitor then try switching to Sigar API (but then we will lose all of the SIM functionality)
