When I can’t sign in to the AppDynamics Support portal, what are the steps to resetting my password?
If you're having trouble signing in to AppDynamics Support portal and need to reset your password:
- Navigate to the Sign-in page at https://login.appdynamics.com/sso/authenticate
- Click the Reset Password link below the Next button.

You should receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password. When you reset your password, it should be at least 8 characters long, including a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, and a symbol.
