Hi,
I am not able to raise a JIRA ticket through AppDynamics, I have set a policy in which when CPU Utilization health rule gets violated then I should be receiving a custom Email and a JIRA ticket should be raised but unfortunately I am only receiving Emails and under JIRA Action it shows "FAILED".
