Please take care posting logs, since they can contain information you may not want to make public.

 

That said, there is not enough informaiton in these logs to diagnose what is wrong; the "reporter queue full" message almost always indicates a connectivity problem between agent and controller.  Earlier in your logs, you are likley to see a specific connection failure message.

 

If you can't find that yourself, you may be best opening a support ticket so you can share your complete logs in confidence.
