Agent not reporting metrics

Hi team,

 

In my Weblogic server, I have installed the agent on our SaaS Controller and the metrics are not showing. I have verified my agent is installed in the UI(right corner settings menu server agent). What would be the problem? Help me in solving the issue?

Here is a link to AppD Docs page, that has a list of troubleshooting issues and steps. I think it would be helpful to have a scan of the page and look for the scenario that best fits your issue.
