Hi Ramesh,

Could you please tell me what is ther version of controller and ios agent that you are using? ANR is generated when UI does not respond for 2 or more seconds, :

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Mobile+Sessions#MobileSessions-anr

So if you are on version 4.5; we have an option to configure the ANR threashold, so you can try increasing it and see if that helps.

But before that can you please share the entire crash file so that we can see what is the main thread crashing?

Thank You,

Chitra

Hi Chitra,

Thank you very much for the Quick response. Let me check as you suggested.

One more clarification. I was trying to disable ANR detection as per the following reference.

https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO45/Customize+the+iOS+Instrumentation

ADEumAgentConfiguration *adeumAgentConfig = [[ADEumAgentConfiguration alloc] initWithAppKey:@"<EUM_APP_KEY>"];
// Disable ANR detection
adeumAgentConfig.anrDetectionEnabled  = NO;
[ADEumInstrumentation initWithConfiguration:adeumAgentConfig];

But , I couldn't find the reference for "anrDetectionEnabled" API in the downloaded Framework. Is that expected?
