Health rule behavior

Hello everyone,

We have some Java tiers and Python tiers in our application, and we want to use AppDynamics to monitor exceptions in code. We want to get an email when there is an exception in our code but we don't want any more mail for 120 minutes after the exception. I try to create two health rules as below screenshots, but I noticed that they behaved quite differently even though they have the same configurations.

The Java health rule can do what we want, but the Python health rule's evaluation status will change to Ended in a few minutes. So if I have the same exception, the health rule violation start, I will get a new email... 

Could someone help me out?
