When I run the script to install EUM (euem-64bit-linux-21.4.3.34447.sh), it showed this notification:

I still stuck in this problem. I test to install new server run Redhat 7.9 in my lab same as in my product. I had the same error.

Can you confirm if the requirements given in the below doc were followed before you have tried the installation and if not, request you to install the packages.

The EUM processor requires the libaio library to be on the system. This library facilitates asynchronous I/O operations on the system. Note if you have a NUMA based architecture, then you are required to install the numactl package.

 
Install these packages if not done already and then before retrying the install again, You would need to delete the old failed installation directory and then try it out

My server has 8 core, 100GB RAM, 500GB Harddisk.

For POV purposes, so now I'm installing Controller (version 21.4) and EUM in the same server. (On-premise)

I follow this link the Platform Installation :: AppDynamics PoV Playbook (appdpartnerlabs.net)

My first installation in my lab, I choose type Demo. It's OK. But when I choose type Product, I get this error.

I still try to uninstall, delete all directories of EUM and reinstall again but it did not work.
