Analalytics Section Not Getting Shown in User Experience Tab

After upgrading the licence, on controller not able to view the analysize option in User Experience tab. 

Need help

Hi Syed,

is it possible for you to share the controller's server.log along with the screenshot of your License screen that shows the eum details.

 

Further, is it an on-prem or saas setup?

Hi Syed,

 

This issue normally occurs if the license between your controller & eum is not synced correctly and its showing wrong details of eum  in the License UI screen and so you need to verify that first and make sure that there's no communication issues between controller & eum server and fix it.

 

You might also need to check if your application is in active status or not from the accounts table from the eum_db schema or check it using the below end-points and verify if everything is in sync

With the help of tech team this issue resolved by manually updating the licencing details and settings
