Installing AppDynamics for Php/Java applications in Azure App Service

As I understand Azure App service does not provide any access to login to the servers.

For Windows - I see https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO44/Install+the+AppDynamics+Azure+Site+Extension  some extension is available.

However for Php/Java applications hosted on Azure App Service (Linux), how can we can configure the AppDynamics Agents?

Re: Installing AppDynamics for Php/Java applications in Azure App Service

Hi Deepak,

Given that this functionality is very new to Azure, we don't have a lot of deployment experience with this platform. My understanding is that Azure App Service (Linux) is based on containers. I suspect you'll be able to follow the normal install instructions, modifying them to install at image build time using your Dockerfile.
