Anyone get the reportError method from the React Native Agent work?

I've been testing the React Native Agent from AppDynamics for a project, and one of the things I've been testing is the ability to throw handled errors directly.

Follow the RNAgent docs, I found the reportError() method and thought it could fit my needs.

Then I used the following code:

(top of the file)

import { Instrumentation, ErrorSeverityLevel } from '@appdynamics/react-native-agent';

(method handling the logged user)

let err = new Error("reportErrorTest")
Instrumentation.reportError(err, ErrorSeverityLevel.CRITICAL)

The goal was to at least catch the Error Count from the SessionFrame Dashboard. The charts throw information from the Sessions, even the Breadcrumb logs... but no luck with the reportError. The simulator log is also clean, so the method is running smoothly.

Maybe it's something I'm missing or even the way I'm testing is wrong, but I'm not really finding many examples to guide me.
What could be wrong?

Thanks in advance.
