403: The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country

I'm working on large international project from Ukraine.

Recently appdynamics was added to Node.js server side of our project by including dependency on appdynamics package in npm.

But all members of our team that work from Ukraine were unable to install that package via "npm install" because you configured your Amazon CloudFront distribution to block access from Ukraine.

From npm I get the following error: "npm ERR! 403 Forbidden: appdynamics-jre@https://packages.appdynamics.com/nodejs/4.5.5.0/appdynamics-jre.tgz"

When I trying to access this address ( https://packages.appdynamics.com/nodejs/4.5.5.0/appdynamics-jre.tgz ) via browser I get the follwing error:

The copied Request ID: "OWFZGmJzggMMSonTPnoqNPfZqZD8KVQnUnKAS77iUGzP3aM-kHoMFw=="

Moreover, I get excatly the same error even when I trying to access https://www.appdynamics.com/ from Ukraine without using VPN.

Only by using VPN I was able to access this forums and post this message.

I would've created a support ticket for this, but your support portal gives me a "500: Internal Server Error" which is just perfect for a support portal.

@Valerii.Tseshevskyi yes you are correct,Ukraine is blocked, due to legal/export reasons. Could you please try accessing https://help.appdynamics.com over VPN? If you still can not get into Support portal, please let @Radhika.Puthiyetath know and we'll initiate a support ticket for you.
